Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 weeks (7–14 business days) of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Area We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will issue a full refund for lost or damaged items upon review. Please retain any damaged packaging and items, as we may request photos for our records.
